Clan slowly, yet surely is falling apart.

Lately I have been noticing some problems in the clan. Our members have been quitting and joining other clans they considered are "stronger" in the scrimmage catogory and i feel that this may be the start of klan kaos falling apart. A clan winning scrimmages is an important part of keeping our members from leaving and yet encouraging better and more experinced players to jion our clan. We are winning less and less scrimages I belive it is crucial that we start holding organized practices every week. This will not only strenthen our clans tactical skill, but may imporve our member count and decrease our member loss. For example we may hold a 1 hour scrim paractice every saturday ( or any other day our leaders can establish) and sharpen our skills and techinques. I know Klan Kaos has the potential of being the top with clan aMs and ReD, but we just need to try harder. One more important thing, in recruitng new members an experienced clan such as ourselves should take "skilled" players. Strict Requirments should be set in order for a person to be accepted. For example first the player must have a k/d of 1.20+, second the player must pass a 2v1 tryout in either winning or getting above 18 kills (Note the kill limit may be adjusted later on.) Klan Koas is a greay Klan and I hope our leaders will take my thoughts into consideration.

lol i think fact no ones responded shows you how much they care=P who cares if kids leave over stupid reasons such as scrims which we dont really lose we only lose when we let idiot players do it themselves...anyway if they leave just means we can replace a slot with somone better oh well if we arnt good enough for them they arnt good enogh for us

I hope I get to help in a 2v1 tryout, but then... I'll probably just totally destroy all new recruits :\ lol.

well we have some members that are loyal to the end, and some that are clan hoppers....i agree that the recruiting process needs to be better, our current way is see a guy 15-3 in one game and hes in....it has to be a common score for that guy to get in, as for clan falling apart, i think its bigger(stronger?) then ever, in the scrim category we cant just accept any scrim, for example ams wants to scrim most times we will say no but if we do we cant have in our weakest players (which we normally do) in that game its gotta be our top players, i think the leaders/co leaders should organize the scrims and pick who's going to be in it, best of the best for the scrims not just get any1 who's on.

hey pwner don't worry bro i will get our clan back to the top and i will talk to the co-leader and dark sometime next week and i will also be talking with some one the loyal members and ask them to help me and the co-leaders to get the clan back to the top and i will ask someone people to leave the clan.

Yo doido if u got any ideas talk to me i do my best to help this clan as coleader. Like dreams say we need better people, im willing to kik 2 nubby player for 1 good player. I was in a scrim against D2A n i was pwning them on my nub account useing a m4 while not nameing names other ppl useing m60 n famas cant get a 1:1 score.
n how u think of spreading our class to tha west server i been playing there n i met alot of ppl who is good n willing to join 2k. so instead of have to many members in 1 server we can slipt it in 2 server.

iv been in there clan in the first members then they changed clan leader the clan name was tlm the new clan leader changed it to cal nwar and now its d2a (D2A SUCKS BALLZZZZZ)

anyway im getting my kdr up and at Xmas when i get my retail ill make a new acc and my kdr will be even betta
